Jenneke den Bol is a Sustainability Advisor at Achmea, specializing in stakeholder engagement and capacity building. Together with colleagues from sustainability, communications, HR, legal, and other disciplines, she helps develop learning programs and engagement initiatives that enable employees to turn sustainability ambitions into everyday practice. One example is Achmea’s Greenwashing & Sustainable Persuasion training, designed to equip marketing and communication colleagues with the knowledge and skills to communicate about sustainability in a transparent, credible, and impactful way. During this session, she will share how this multidisciplinary approach has helped build sustainability awareness and capabilities across the organization.
