About the event

Step up your Climate Ambition in a 1-day bootcamp with UN Global Compact NL on Tuesday 22 September 2026 in the Social Impact Factory Amsterdam.

Climate is moving from being a sustainability side-topic to being a board-level theme. Customers, investors and regulators expect it. But for many sustainability and ESG leads the practical question still stands: where do we start, how do we make it practical, and how do we make it land internally?

In one day, we will help you getting started. Expect a short morning of context, inspiration and SBTi Target Setting explanation, with stories from two companies that are further ahead in embedding climate in their business. Next, you will put theory into practice by working directly on your own business — first alongside participants from different sectors and then diving deeper into your Climate Ambition.

Participation fee: € 99 ex VAT per person

What you take home:

• Plain-language understanding of the Green House Gas accounting and SBTi methodologies and how it fits with other frameworks.

• A first sketch of your own value chain with impacts and dependencies on climate.

• One concrete next action you can start in the next 90 days.

• A peer cohort that continues learning and growing together after the day.

Who is this for:

Sustainability, ESG, environment, climate, risk, procurement and strategy leads from Dutch and internationally operating organisations who would like to begin or step up in their Climate Ambition.
