Samira Rafaela (she/her), PwC
Samira works on the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive for clients at PwC Netherlands, after serving in the European Parliament, leading EU social and trade policy and co-architecting the Pay Transparency Directive. She was also a visiting fellow at Cornell University where she researched global pay transparency legislation and policies.

Marie-Louise works as a Reward Specialist at Van Lanschot Kempen, strengthening reward policy and preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Marie-Louise translates complex rules into data-driven, practical processes focused on equal pay and transparant HR practices.
