About the event

The EU Pay Transparency Directive will be in effect soon. Many organisations are asking the same questions: what does this mean in practice, and how do we implement it in a way that creates real value?

In this in-person peer learning session, we bring together experts and business leaders to move from regulation to real-world action.

The Spotlight Series is a series of in-person events designed to bring companies and experts together around pressing sustainability topics. Organized and moderated by the UN Global Compact Netherlands, the Spotlight Series is delivered in partnership with the Social Impact Factory, which provides inspiring locations that foster collaboration and impact.
