Samira works at PwC Netherlands, after serving in the European Parliament, leading EU social and trade policy and being the co-architect of the EU Forced Labour Ban. She was also a visiting fellow at Cornell University where she researched forced labour and global supply chains.

Bojana is an experienced human rights and legal expert with 20+ years in International Human Rights Law, Corporate Sustainability, and Compliance. In her role as Due Diligence Manager at JDE Peet’s, she leads global human rights due diligence across JDE Peet's coffee and tea supply chains.

The interactive part of this session will be facilitated by the Fair Wear Foundation, a multi-stakeholder initiative that advances workers’ rights across global supply chains. Through a practical case study, participants get the opportunity to exchange perspectives and reflect on real-world challenges.

The Spotlight Series bring companies and experts together in in-person sessions on key sustainability topics in human rights, labour and climate, focused on practical insights and peer exchange.
